Sealed Tenders are invited from the Hardware Vendors based preferably in Kolkata having letter of authorization from the Principal Company and having “Post Sales Service Provider” preferably in Kolkata authorized by the Principal Company to supply OMR (Reader) Scanner having the following specification in general. The successful vendor shall be responsible for providing three years on site warranty for the product quoted by the vendor. The tender will contain in two parts: 1) Sealed technical bid and 2) Sealed Financial bid.

The intending tenders shall specifically mention the exact configuration along with OMR Reader Software of their quoted items while submitting the tender otherwise their offer may be rejected.

Intending Tenderers may submit tender in the printed letter head within 2 PM on 10.02.2010 accompanied by the copies of VAT/ Service Tax Code No., PAN, together with Earnest Money in the form of Cross Demand Draft of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) only drawn in favour of “The West Bengal Central School Service Commission” payable in Kolkata. The Financial BID WILL BE OPNED AFTER FINALISATION OF THE TECHNICAL BID.

Technical Bids of the Tender will be opened after 2.00 pm on the same date. Intending tenderers may remain present during opening of the tenders.

The shortlisted firms shall have to make necessary arrangements for demonstration of the scanner and software in presence of the IT personnel of this Commission. The date of demonstration will be intimated in due course.

The Commission is not bound to accept the lowest rate and reserves the right to accept any tender or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. The supply and installation of OMR reader shall have to be completed within seven days from the date of issue of the formal work order.

Sealed tenders are invited from the aurhorised hardware vendors based in Kolkata authorised by the Principal Company and having after sales service provider in Kolkata authorised by the  Principal Company to supply 01 no. High Speed ADF Scanner capable for scanning 01 (One) lakh copies  scanning per day and 02 (Two)  nos. of High Speed ADF Scanner capable for scanning  60,000-70,000 copies scanning per day  for the purpose of scanning of more than 15 lakh Application Forms (both side) with 03 (Three) years on –site warranty,   to be provided by the selected  tenderer. The FINANCIAL BID WILL BE OPENED AFTER FINALISATION OF THE TECHNICAL BID.

The eligible Architects and Engineering Consultants will seek permission for participation in the tender from Secretary, WBCSSC with application in duplicate with valid certificate and credentials for executed works of similar nature. Sealed Tenders are invited by the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission from bonafide, experienced and resourceful Licentiate Electrical Contractors or Construction Firms for the following work in a two storied building with a covered area of 1700 sq. feet (approx.). The valid License possessed by the Contractor/ Firm shall have to be issued by the West Bengal Licensing Board (Electrical) for Wiring of Buildings, Motor Wiring with cables & Cables Connection for Voltages not exceeding Medium Pressure.
1. Name of Work - Electrical surface wiring for installation of 70 numbers of Desktop Computers, 02-03 numbers of Servers, 08 numbers of Air Conditioners, 02 numbers of UPS etc. along with LAN Cabling with cat-6 cable for Net Working of the 70 numbers of Computers with Servers at the hired accommodation of WBCSSC located at FD-51, Sector-III, Salt Lake, Bidhannagar, Kolkata-700106.
2. Stipulated Time for Completion - 10(Ten) days from the date of issue of Work Order.
The Licentiate Electrical Contractors or the qualified Construction Firm will seek permission for participation in the tender from Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission with application in duplicate with valid Electrical License and credentials for executed works of similar nature. Application for permission will be received on any working day up to 08-09-2009 during normal office hours.
The specified Form will be issued by the Cashier of this office during normal working hours to the intending participants who have obtained the permission from the Secretary up to 08th September 2009. The Cost of each set of prescribed format of Application Form is Rs. 200/- per set, payable in cash against proper receipt of the Central Commission.

Tender Papers will be available from the Office of the Commission on any working day during the normal Office hours on and from 08th September 2009 and up to 15th September 2009 on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only in cash against proper receipt. Sealed Tenders are required to be submitted by 2.00 PM on or before 16th September 2009 to the Secretary, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission with the Earnest Money & other supporting required documents. The tenders shall be opened after 2.00 PM on 16th September 2009 in presence of the intending tenderers desired to take part in the processes.
