Assistant Teacher Recruitment Application

Follow these steps to complete your application

One Time Registration
  • Click on "Register" button
  • Fill in basic details (Name, DOB, Category and Gender etc)
  • Provide email, mobile number and full address etc
  • Email and mobile number will be verified from dashboard
  • Create Password. Candidate ID will be auto-generated upon successful submission

Requirements:

  • Valid personal information. Provide Certificate Number(s) wherever necessary
  • No soft copy of testimonials required to be uploaded
  • Unique email address and Mobile Number

Photo Upload
  • Click "Upload Photo" button
  • Select passport-size photo from your device
  • Put your full signature below the Photograph
  • Crop if necessary and submit

Photo Requirements:

  • Recent color photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
  • White background
  • File size between 30KB and 60KB
  • Formats: JPG Only

Email Verification
  • Enter your own active email address during registration
  • Click "Verify" Button in dashboard to get Email OTP
  • Check your inbox for the Email OTP
  • Enter OTP to verify

Note:

  • Use an email owned by you which you can access regularly
  • Check spam folder if OTP not received
  • OTP Code expires in 15 minutes

Mobile Verification
  • Enter your own mobile number with out country code during registration
  • Click "Verify" button in dashboard to get Mobile OTP
  • Enter received OTP to verify

Note:

  • Number should be owned by you and active for SMS
  • Mobile OTP is valid for 5 minutes
  • Maximum 3 attempts allowed

Profile Completion
  • Fill educational qualifications
  • Enter work experience details, if any
  • No supporting documents needed to be uploaded. They will be checked during document verification after written examination
  • However, basic level of scruitiny will be done prior to written examination like age, eligibility etc based on your input
  • Commission shall not be responsible for any rejection based on verification of input by you. So enter your details carefully to avoid rejection.

Documents Needed (For your own reference, not for upload):

  • MP, HS and Degree certificates
  • Any other educationa certificates

Finalize your profile (Important Step)
  • Befor Applying for the Post of Assistant Teacher, you must finalize your profile
  • Profile finalization include Photo Upload, Email Verification, Mobile Verification and Rest part of Profile information.
  • Without finalizing the profile, you can not proceed for Applying for the Post of Assistant Teacher
  • Once finalized, you can not change the information saved in your profile

How to Do:

  • Click on the Finalize your profile button available in your dashboard
  • A confirmation pop-up window will appear.
  • After confirmation you can Apply

Apply for Assistant Teacher Post
  • Click on "Apply Now" (availabe in step-5) from dashboard
  • Choose class level, subject, medium of instruction, laguages studied, preferred venue district, preferred venue area and experience/ age relaxation references
  • Make sure vacancy exists in your category, gender and the subject, medium choosen

Eligibility:

  • The Subject selecting must be studied in Graduation level and/or Post Graduation level. Please see Recruitment Rule, 2025
  • B.Ed. Qualified
  • Age 21-40(relaxation of age is available to reserved category, Please see Recruitment Rule, 2025) years

Payment
  • Review application fee details
  • Select payment method (Card/Net Banking/UPI)
  • Complete payment process
  • Save payment receipt

Fee Details:

  • General/ OBC-A/ OBC-B: Rs. 500 + bank processing fees
  • SC/ST: Rs. 250 + bank processing fees
  • Payment of fees non-refundable, under any circustances

Print Application & Payment Receipt
  • Click "Application Form" button to download Application Form submitted successfully
  • Download payment receipt
  • Check confirmation email
  • Note application number

Important:

  • Keep printout for future reference
  • Receipt required for admit card
  • No changes allowed after submission
Important Notes
  • Complete all steps within last date
  • Contact helpdesk for technical issues, if any
  • Application incomplete without payment
  • Admit cards issued 2-3 weeks before exam
